The Continuing Education Centre of The Polytechnic, Ibadan, has commenced the sale of admission forms for its Part-Time National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session. This announcement provides opportunities for working professionals and students seeking flexible academic schedules to advance their education across several specialized faculties.

Available Faculties and Courses include the Faculty of Science, which offers Computer Science, Science Laboratory Technology, Geology Technology, Mathematics and Statistics, Physics with Electronics, Applied Chemistry, Library and Information Science, Biology/Microbiology, Food Science Technology, and Pharmaceutical Technology.

The Faculty of Engineering offers Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, and Chemical Engineering. The Faculty of Business and Communication Studies includes Public Administration, Business Administration, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Office Technology and Management, Music Technology, Marketing, Mass Communication, and Local Government and Development Studies.

The Faculty of Financial Management Studies comprises Accountancy, Insurance, Cooperative Economics and Management, Banking and Finance, and Taxation. The Faculty of Environmental Studies offers Surveying and Geo-Informatics, Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, Estate Management and Valuation, Urban and Regional Planning, Art, Design and Printing Technology, Tourism Management Technology, and Architecture.

The Faculty of Social Science and Humanities includes Crime Management and Security Studies, as well as Transport Planning & Management. To be eligible for consideration, applicants must meet specific admission requirements. These include possessing at least five credit passes in WASSCE, SSCE, GCE, NABTEB, NECO, or equivalent, with credits in English Language, Mathematics, and three other relevant subjects, all obtained in not more than two sittings.

For HND applicants, a National Diploma (ND) from a recognized institution is also required.
