The Federal University of Technology, Owerri has announced its 38th Convocation Lecture, inviting the university community and the general public to participate.

The event, hosted under the leadership of Vice Chancellor Prof. (Mrs.) Nnenna N. Oti, extends an invitation to stakeholders, students, staff, alumni, and distinguished guests.

The convocation lecture is themed “Nigerian Universities of Technology Must Lead in the Fourth Industrial Revolution or Jeopardize the Nation's Future.” The lecture will be delivered by Imo State Governor, His Excellency, Distinguished Senator (Dr.) Hope Uzodinma.

The Chairman of the University Lecture Series Committee and University Orator, Prof. B. O. Esonu, will coordinate the event.
