The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has announced that all public and private primary and secondary schools, as well as government technical colleges in Ogun State, will proceed on mid-term holiday for the third term of the 2025/2026 academic session.
The holiday will commence on Thursday, 11th June, and end on Friday, 12th June, 2026. Prior to the break, an Open Day will be observed by both public and private primary and secondary schools on Wednesday, 10th June, 2026.
Schools are expected to resume academic activities on Monday, 15th June, 2026. The ministry has also urged parents and guardians to ensure the well-being and safety of their wards during the holiday period.
