The Federal University of Technology, Minna is set to host its highly anticipated 127th Inaugural Lecture. The event, organized under the auspices of the Vice-Chancellor, will bring together academics, students, and information professionals to discuss the evolution of information sharing in modern times.

The theme of this iteration of the university's lecture series is "The Relationship of Library Websites and Information Dissemination in the Digital Era: Trends and Challenges." The presentation aims to address how traditional academic and public archives navigate modern technological shifts, alongside the modern challenges of digital data management.

Inaugural Lecturer, Professor Georgina Uchey Oyedum, a distinguished Professor of Library and Information Technology, will deliver the keynote address. The event will be presided over by Prof. Faruk Adamu Kuta, the current Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University of Technology, Minna.
