Kaduna State University (KASU) has issued an important notice to all candidates who recently received a provisional offer of admission through JAMB for the 2025/2026 academic session. Every admitted candidate must undergo a physical screening and document verification at the university’s main campus. The details below will keep you fully prepared and help you avoid avoidable delays.

KASU Screening Schedule for Newly Admitted Students

The screening exercise will run from Tuesday, 9 December to Friday, 19 December 2025, with daily sessions from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Venue: 1000-Seat Auditorium, Kaduna Campus, Tafawa Balewa Way.
All candidates must appear within the scheduled dates.

Mandatory Online Steps Before Coming for Screening

Before arriving on campus, candidates must complete a brief update on the SAFapply Post-UTME portal:

1. Log in at applicant.safapply.com/kasu.

2. Access your dashboard and click “Edit Application.”

3. Navigate to the document upload section.

4. Upload your JAMB Admission Letter.

5. Proceed to Preview and Submit, then click Submit to confirm.

6. Print your Post-UTME Registration Acknowledgement Slip — you will need this during screening.

Documents Required for Physical Screening

Come with original copies and two photocopies of each of the following:

• JAMB Admission Letter (printed from JAMB CAPS)

• JAMB Original Result Slip

• O’Level result (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB, etc.)

• Valid scratch card for the O’Level result used

• Two printed copies of your online O’Level result from the official exam portal

• Birth Certificate or Age Declaration

• Primary School Leaving Certificate

• Local Government of Origin/Indigene Certificate

• Post-UTME Registration Acknowledgement Slip (from SAFapply)

• NIN Slip
