University Community Notice

The Admissions Committee has given the green light for applicants who submitted a request to join Alex Ekwueme Federal University, Ndufu‑Alike (AE‑FUNAI) but have not yet received an offer to re‑apply through the supplementary admission route. Candidates may now seek placement in any of the programmes listed below, provided their JAMB UTME and O’Level subject combinations align with the requirements of the chosen course.

Eligibility Criteria for Supplementary Admission

• Any individual who applied to AE‑FUNAI, regardless of whether they sat for the university’s Post‑UTME, qualifies to apply again. Applicants must have achieved at least 150 marks in the JAMB UTME and must still be awaiting an admission offer.
• Prospective students should verify that their JAMB UTME and O’Level subject selections match the stipulated combinations for the programmes they wish to pursue.
• Applicants are required to modify their course selection on the JAMB CAPS portal to reflect the advertised programmes they intend to apply for.

Procedures for Applying for Supplementary Admission

Interested candidates must retrieve the application form from the AE‑FUNAI supplementary admission portal. For detailed information on the JAMB UTME and O’Level subject prerequisites for each programme, applicants are encouraged to visit apply.funai.edu.ng.

Mode of Payment and Registration Procedure

Qualified applicants are required to remit a processing fee of N5,000, which serves as the sole charge for supplementary admission registration.

• Access the supplementary portal at apply.funai.edu.ng
• Enter your JAMB Registration Number to confirm your identity
• Supply a current email address and a telephone number
• Validate your email by entering the OTP sent to your inbox
• Complete the payment by transferring the full amount to the bank account specified on the portal
• After payment, click “I have made payment” to move forward with registration
• Check your email for a confirmation of successful registration

Application Deadline

The window for submissions closes on Friday, 25 September 2026. No extensions will be granted.
