The Students Union Government (SUG) of Plateau State University, Bokkos, officially notifies both incoming and returning students that tuition fees will remain unchanged for the 2026/2027 academic session.

This assurance comes after several days of student anxiety and confusion over tuition costs and other registration fees.

To address the issue, the SUG teamed up with NAPSS, the Students' Parliament, faculty and departmental heads, as well as tribal leaders, conducting thorough discussions and meeting with the Dean of Student Affairs.

Following these deliberations, University Management, represented by the Dean of Student Affairs, confirmed to the student representatives that the tuition charge will stay the same.

Consequently, all new and returning students at Plateau State University, Bokkos are urged to complete their registration and other required academic procedures within the designated timeframe.

The Students Union Government reaffirms its dedication to safeguarding student interests and welfare, and will keep liaising with relevant university officials on issues impacting the student body.
