The University of Abuja (UNIABUJA) has posted the provisional admission list for the 2026/2027 academic session. This announcement is directed to all candidates who participated in the 2026/2027 Admission Screening Exercise, informing them that they can now verify whether they are among the successful applicants.

The list of admitted students is available online through the JAMB CAPS system. Candidates should complete the following steps to check their admission status:

• Visit https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/ and sign in using the email address and password you registered with to reach your dashboard
• Select “Check Admission Status”
• Choose “Access my CAPS”
• Click on “Admission Status” to view whether an offer has been made

If an offer has been granted, the system will display your photograph along with a congratulatory message. If no offer has been issued yet, the screen will show the text “Sorry No Admission has been Given Yet”.

Applicants who receive an admission offer may either accept or decline it by sending the word ACCEPT or REJECT via SMS to 55019 or 66019 from the phone number linked to their JAMB profile.

A four‑week window is provided for candidates to respond to the offer. Those whose registered mobile numbers are unavailable must visit a JAMB‑accredited centre to submit their acceptance or rejection.

It is crucial for successful candidates to print their admission letter after confirming acceptance, as the document will be required during clearance and registration at the university.

Note: Mobile browsers may only show a welcome message and not the full “Admission Status” option on CAPS. For a complete view, switch to desktop mode—using Chrome’s “Request desktop site” feature is recommended when accessing the portal from a phone.
