Yobe State University (YSU) in Damaturu has kicked off its Online Graduation Clearance Exercise, targeting students who completed their studies during the 2024/2025 academic session. This development was announced through a notice issued by Dr. Idi Mohammed, the Director of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), on January 9, 2026.

To complete the clearance process, graduates are instructed to visit the YSU Alumni Portal at https://ysu.edu.ng/smis/alumni/undergraduate. Upon accessing the portal, they are required to fill out the online graduation clearance form and upload a soft copy of their final year project once they have completed the form.

The University Management is urging all affected graduates to adhere strictly to this directive to prevent any delays in the processing of their graduation clearance. The notice, signed by Dr. Idi Mohammed and copied to the Dean of Student Affairs, emphasizes the importance of compliance.
