The University of Uyo Teaching Hospital (UUTH) has officially announced the commencement of the sale of application forms for admission into the College of Community Health for the 2026/2027 academic session.

Academic requirements for prospective applicants include holding a Diploma in Community Health or a Community Health Extension Workers Certificate, with at least 5 credit-level passes in SSCE, WASCE, NECO, or GCE O/L, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. Applicants must also be registered with the Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria and possess a valid practicing license.

Individuals holding a first degree in Health Education, Community Health, or Public Health are eligible to apply for a specialized one-year program. The cost of the application form and the duration of the program vary based on the applicant's prior qualifications. For degree holders, the form fee is ₦15,000.00, and the duration is one academic session. For non-degree holders, the form fee is ₦10,000.00, and the duration is two academic sessions.

Application forms are available directly at the College of Community Health, University of Uyo Teaching Hospital, Uyo. Candidates are required to present their purchase receipt before the official application form is issued. The closing date for the sale and submission of all application forms is Friday, 26th June, 2026. The date for the Entrance Examination will be communicated individually to shortlisted candidates at a later time.
