Based on the difficulties students have encountered when paying school fees through the online portal, the Vice‑Chancellor, acting for the University Abuja Management, has authorised an extension of the payment window as outlined in the table below.

Please note that students in their penultimate year, including those studying Information Technology as previously approved by the University Management, are not eligible for hostel accommodation for this academic session.

All students must secure their hostel space through the University Online Portal. Once a booking is confirmed, the student should print the confirmation and present it together with proof of school‑fees payment to the office of the Dean, Students Affairs Division for allocation of a bed space.

This procedure does not apply to students in their first year (100 level).
