The Vice Chancellor of Zamfara State University, Professor A. I. Tsafe, has announced the upcoming Matriculation Ceremony and Orientation Programme on behalf of the Governing Council, Senate, Staff, and Students.

This ceremony marks the official induction of fresh undergraduate students into the university community for the 2025/2026 Academic Session. It is a mandatory event for all newly admitted students to take their oath of allegiance to the institution.

The management has scheduled the proceedings as follows: Date: Thursday, 26th March, 2026 Time: 11:00 AM Venue: Multipurpose Hall, University Temporary Site, Talata Mafara

All fresh undergraduates are expected to participate in the orientation programme to familiarize themselves with the university's academic regulations and campus life. Students are advised to be punctual and dress appropriately in their academic regalia for the matriculation ceremony.
