Instructions to Heads of Departments

University leadership has instructed all Heads of Departments to draft and circulate the specific exam timetables for the applicable courses without delay, allowing students sufficient time to plan their studies.

The memorandum also notes that the Senate has not yet ratified the results from the preceding semester. As a result, departments are to list only those courses that are officially eligible for retake examinations at this stage.

Students who have questions are urged to get in touch with their respective departments for detailed information on the registration process, qualifying courses, and the finalized examination timetables.
