The Sokoto State Scholarship Board is informing all indigenes of Sokoto State studying at listed institutions that the collection of duly filled scholarship application forms for prospective candidates and continuing students is set to begin.

The exercise is scheduled for the 2025/2026 academic session and will take place at the Sokoto State Scholarship Board, Block 17 Shehu Kangiwa Secretariat, starting at 8:00 AM prompt on the designated dates.

The schedule by institution is as follows: Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto (UDUS): Monday 23rd – Saturday 28th March, 2026 Shehu Shagari College of Education: Monday 30th March – Saturday 4th April, 2026 Sokoto State University: Monday 6th – Saturday 11th April, 2026 Shehu Shagari University of Education: Monday 13th – Saturday 18th April, 2026

All students are advised to return their application forms along with the following documents: Completed Scholarship Application Form Original and photocopies of all credentials Indigene Letter Confirmation of Admission NIN Slip Invoice and Remita, OR Evidence of Payment of Registration fees
